Evelynn R + E doing 0 damage

I have only tested this on the blood moon skin, since the new patch I have noticed that at times my E or my R do 0 damage. I have looked at my last couple of games to find a few examples but I want to make it clear this happens constantly in every single game. I also only noticed this happening with dark harvest and not before with electrocute. I heard this was a bug on PBE and I'm incredibly frustrated that a bug like this exists. I've been an Evelynn main since season 1.

Eve Ult doesn't damage targets directly in front of her.

In first example you hit cho and kalista, that's fine. The other targets were too close. Here I wondered why Cho seemed like to only take about 10 damage, but there was a redemption that proc'ed the exact moment you ulted. But you definitely hit him.

Second example the E cast didn't finish If you look at the bottom left, you didn't cast it until maybe 0.1 seconds before you died, which is too short.

Third example same as first, Jax was too close to you.

And if you look at the second video frame by frame, you can see that there was no E cast. Your HP reached 0 and it's still up. Also there is no need to downvote me for no reason at all kid.

Your E went on cooldown because it was cast. Your E did no damage because you died before it hit.

That's how most abilities work if they work like a melee auto (i.e. moving attack animation with no projectile).

Only because it went on CD didn't mean it went through, and you can clearly see that you didn't cast it until your HP was 0, implying that it was either not cast, or cast after it shouldn't even be possible anymore.

It can even happen with an insta effect like item 3157 to go on CD without going off if you press it the exact moment you die, and it's far more likely to happen with an ability that has a cast time.

Idk what you are trying to say to me here. That it is exclusive to eve for an ability to go on CD and not go off because it was cast too late?

For playing since S1 you know pretty little of this game and of your own main.

Every single one of those videos are flawed. First one, redemption healed for the damage of the ult and the E got dodged by the movespeed from kai'sa E. Second one, you died before the abillity completed. Third one, jax Dodged your e with his counter strike and your ult got blocked my hexdrinker/maw of malmortius. ive seen no bugs in these videos at all.
