Evelynn R + E doing 0 damage

I have only tested this on the blood moon skin, since the new patch I have noticed that at times my E or my R do 0 damage. I have looked at my last couple of games to find a few examples but I want to make it clear this happens constantly in every single game. I also only noticed this happening with dark harvest and not before with electrocute. I heard this was a bug on PBE and I'm incredibly frustrated that a bug like this exists. I've been an Evelynn main since season 1.

Eve Ult doesn't damage targets directly in front of her.

In first example you hit cho and kalista, that's fine. The other targets were too close. Here I wondered why Cho seemed like to only take about 10 damage, but there was a redemption that proc'ed the exact moment you ulted. But you definitely hit him.

Second example the E cast didn't finish If you look at the bottom left, you didn't cast it until maybe 0.1 seconds before you died, which is too short.

Third example same as first, Jax was too close to you.

Every single one of those videos are flawed. First one, redemption healed for the damage of the ult and the E got dodged by the movespeed from kai'sa E. Second one, you died before the abillity completed. Third one, jax Dodged your e with his counter strike and your ult got blocked my hexdrinker/maw of malmortius. ive seen no bugs in these videos at all.
