My game cant load but looks like its loading

hello community recently my game has been very buggy and when i try to get in a game everything is okay until the loading screen. but at the loading screen my ping skyrockets and i load very very slowly. its ok for it to load slowly but it shows the loading screen just fine but when i get in the game its pastt 3 minute's already? and because of that AFK punishing thingy that riot newly released i was placed n a lower priority queue fix this rito
