Game Crashed

So I queue up for a game of ranked and get through champ select but the game doesnt open i can hear volume but there is nothing on screen. The game proceeded to crash and tell me I am on a older version of the game. The fact that I will lose a promo and get a timer most likley seems a bir unfair considering this has never happened before. I know nobody will see this but if anyone does and they have had the same problem or can fix this game then pls help. Edit: its now making me update from 0% fantasitic
