Patch 4.19 - Lost ALL item sets

Since the new update, I lost every single one of my item sets. The files are still in the folder right now but the client isn't detecting them. A few here and there wouldn't be that bad to replace, but I had a item set for every single champion and that's over 110+ at this point.

It's a real pain to have to redo all of them again. Is there something wrong with my client? Or has this happened to anyone else?
