[CLIENT] Rune and Mastery Page Selection During Champ Select

I saw there was a bugfix for the rune and mastery page selection in champ select a little while ago. If I misunderstood what the patch did, I apologize, however, just in case: I'm still having the issue where rune and mastery pages won't update in champ select. All too often I've panicked when I see that theres "none" on one of my rune pages.
