High Noon Lucian loading border not showing up

I just bought the High Noon Lucian skin along with the bundle that comes with it, ward, icon, and all, and it is supposed to come with the border but it doesn't show up at all. What do I do?

i'm experiencing the same with thresh , apparently its a known bug and they are aware of it , according to someone who commented on my thread.

Same problem here! Bought the bundle but no border showing up, neither in the loading screen or in my collection. Hope they fix this soon! :P
