Ranked Champion Select

When i went i a ranked game, i was searching for "Leblanc" cause i wanted to ban her, but she didn't show up, and then my lol shut down, and now i have to wait to get in game, but i actually just wanted to check if it just was my computer that did that, or it was a game bug???
