I logged on to play a ranked game earlier today and was unable to connect. It would not open the second window it usually opens for the loading scree. By the time i restart my client game had ended and now im placed in low priority que.... So i tried to go into training to see if it happens again, which it did but this time gave me an error. System error: A critical error has occured and the process must be terminated. Would you like to create a crash dump to aid the developers in troubleshooting this issue? this may take up to 5 minutes. So i say yes. Would you like to take a full memory dump of the process. I say yes. Then it tells me it created a crash dump. C:\users\harin\appdata\local\temp\PKM2DDE.tmp

But im unable to find that crash dumb as i am unable to fint the folder appdata.

any suggestions as to what is going on? everything was running smooth yesterday.

I’ve experienced THE EXACT SAME ISSUE. The pass few days and like he mentioned it locks me out or freezes the full window league on the screen preventing me from alt + tab to my other apps open

I've just experienced the exact same thing. But before that I had a similar bug exept there wasn't a "Reconnect" button just the regular "Your game still on process" or something like that. I tried reconnecting or starting the client again, nothing worked I was afk the whole game without being able to connect. But it did this to me while I was going for 2 ARAMs so I guess it's not a ranked ? But if I eat 18 reports I'd be mad.

I just met a friend with whom I wanted to play the game and also get the 75 blue essence quest and this happens ... Pretty sure he blocked me after that. I'm now afraid of starting another game. I don't want another bug like this, somebody help, what is going on ???

I had a game disconnect me mid game, on my alienware laptop. Poped up a window i had to tab to see it and could read crash dump. Otherwise my screen was locked on the league game but froze. Could not ctrl alt delete, task manager, could not do nothing. This has happened three times now since the recent update. I end up having to hold the power button to turn my computer off. This is the only way to fix it. Rather annoying. If it keeps doing it I may be forced to play something else. Redownloading does nothing.

I've just lost two ranked games cause of this bs bug

Hello Razaic, You can find that the crash dump file in that location > it is hidden folder. Go to : C:\users\harin > Select View > and have the box on Hidden Files on > and hte folder AppData should appear , it is a hidden folder with recently installed programs and updates so your sistem doesnt get infected or anything else blame windows 10 :P

Same thing happens to me sometimes it doesnt connect in loading screen and i have to reconnect and come to game late and it also freezes in game and i cant close my game( now I run it in windows mode and i have task manager open to close the game ,before i would restart my computer)

Go to options in the lol client and select throubleshoot for me it worked

I'm getting the same Crash Dump message and it asked me if I wanted to take a full dump and I said yes. But in essence instead of me taking a dump it seems League of Legends took a dump on me because now I have several 20 minute bans. Can I at least get the DreadKnight Garen and Rocket Girl Tristana, with the UFO corki package please or any of these would work. Not sure what the third one was but I don't want to keep clicking on websites that "claim" they are free but actually use it to obtain my password and username and do foul things back to you guys. Thanks again and I'd appreciate not having these bans since I sheet when you told me to sheet.

I know this is an old post etc. but to find the "appdata" folder type "%appdata%" to the windows search bar.

Literally millions and millions of dollars dumped into this game. Of any game I have ever played I have never played one with such a crappy launch client. How frustrating I cant just seamlessly play such a simple game because of crap like this. Then I get a leaver tag (remake) or whatever on my history.

exact same message appears for me. I log in and all seems ok. As soon as im sent into a game, no matter what, it gives me that same message. I don't know what to do. I've tried playing a tft game and a normal draft game and it crashes into that same message. I've deleted the game and redownloaded and it still doesn't work. I've never had this issue once in all my years of playing and idk what's happening. If anyone finds a solution please provide one :( C:\Users\Ryan\AppData\Local\Temp\PKMC879.tmp

I was told by a Rioter to leave this open link to my crash dump information on the NA Crash Dump Forum. Update: So i am unable to press play because it is not able to patch. Gives me Error Code 004.

Had the same just happen to me. cant get to the crash dump or the game. keep getting errors :) Ended up losing lp AND being unable to play the game. Just lovely.

I'm having the same issue, it's the most annoying thing ever. I can't play a single game. It kicks me out then reconnects me a million times until the game is over.
