[GAMEPLAY] BUG on LB CLONE when purchaes Raptor Cloak

if LB has Raptor Cloak and her clone appears, whenever and wherever, the clone has the passive effect of movement speed-all players can see the visual effect (like wind belows, it is the normal visual effect but not the right place). Once my clone appear in jug, it is clear that the real lb dont have the effect, but the clone, at similar position and has similar movement direction, gets the effect.

I found this happened everytime playing lb with Raptor Cloak. Whenever and wherever the passive works on clone, even at about red buff, where can't get this buff. The clone always reach the most movement speed at the time it appears.

Idk whether shaco's clone is same, i didnt try other champions.

Hope someone could give me a reply if it is a unrealized bug or it would be modified(but it is opposited with the perpose of 'make the clone more real')
