My ranked game is not showing

I just recently played a game of top teemo in solo que and won. I have gotten the points for the match but in my match history it's not coming up. I did pretty well in that game and i want to download it and watch it over again to improve myself, but its not there and idk if it will affect me getting a new rank??? Please help.
