(Gameplay) Meditation mastery issue, unchanging resource regen

I can't be sure whether it is not working at all or the resource regen stat is not changing though I imagine it does work and it's simply a error for it showing in the stats as when I use mana the resource regen rate doesn't change. I Tried it over a 2000 mana range (as in 2000 mana and 0 mana) to make sure and saw no change in the resource regen rate, although it should increase by 30 per 5 based off my calculations.

I don't think that the Meditation mastery increases your mana regen stat. I think what it does is every 5 seconds you instantly gain 1.5% of your missing mana. If this is true, then you wouldn't see any change to your actual mana regen stat.
