[GAMEPLAY] Shen's Q doesn't apply AA buff under 1 condition

When you use your Q as Shen, and you're standing in the exact same spot as your ghost sword, your Q buff wont be applied.

I have successfully had this bug happen every single time that I've tried.

Process: 1.) Press Q 2.) Don't move 3.) Wait for buff to expire 4.) Press Q again 5.) Profit (??)
