[GAMEPLAY] Gragas Q Bug

With some sort of combo, Gragas will lose the ability to use Q. I just played a ranked game in Diamond where somewhere along the way, my Q no longer is clickable or usable. I tried to die to reset, but didn't work. I didn't try and restart client, but I feel like it has to do with a qwer combo of some sort :P.

How to reproduce bug: Don't know

I did a nice Gragas wefrq combo and then my Q no longer works.
