[GAMEPLAY] Kennens ult shows only damage, not outside electrical ring

This happened to me on an ARAM, I didn't think to record it and screenshots don't show anything. You don't see the outer ring of electricity only the damage shocks that come down from it. Unfortunately I do not own kennen to try and reproduce the steps/show footage.

It's a bug that was seen in the LCS, so I think they're aware of it. From what they were saying in the video, it sounds like it's an interaction between Kennen and Morgana's black shield that caused it.
