New Client Display Bug On SurfacePro3

Surface has a tablet mode so you can rotate the screen and change the display. However, after changing the screen to vertical and changing it back, the right side of the client is cut off. There are only "minimize" and "riot game support" on the top right corner, but the "settings" and "close" are "cropped" out. This happens every time I try. Rito pls fix.
