Pantheon's Stun Plus Singed's Flip interaction (Gameplay)

I just played a game as Pantheon top, fighting a Singed. It was not until I had my stun and Singed had his flip did I start to notice a problem. Every time I would jump to singed, while stunned he would be able to flip me. This happened almost every time I would try to jump on him, and this was not an issue of him starting the flip then I stun. I would be fully through my animation and he would have the stun debuff animation then I would get flipped into his posion trail about half way through the stun animation.
