Cannot Connect to Server

Hello fellow summoners, is anyone else experiencing issues with connecting to servers after champion select? I can log into the client perfectly fine, but as soon as champion select is finished, I get the error "unable to connect to server". This is super frustrating!!

I know my internet is fine because I am able to browse the web. I've also tried switching between wireless and Ethernet, but it hasn't solved the problem. When I try to play the game on my other computer (Surface Pro 4) the same error occurs. I've gone through all the trouble shooting guides on Riot without any success.

Please help!
