Game glitches out awfully when playing Warwick

So I've noticed that whenever I play Warwick JG my game gets absolutely glitched to shit. it starts off as me and my team just standing still when we auto attack anything or press abilities or anything. literally ganks I start are just my model going closer to the enemy then after a while its like everything resumes. Just so much sound and abilities and then next thing you know the gank was somehow successful or a failure. I'm also constantly getting the prompt "Attempting to reconnect" at first I thought this was my shitty internet, but then I noticed my ping is completely fine and whenever I play any other champ everything is totally fine. I even played at a different location with much better internet and it still happens, am I the only one experiencing this?
