[GAMEPLAY] Multiple Fiora Vitals shown on single enemy champ, only one gives proc-effects

Basically, a visual bug where a second Fiora vital appears on a target champion that does not proc any effects like a normal vital would. I have encountered this bug about once in every three matches, and seems to fix itself upon an actual vital proc (once the actual vital occurs on the same side the 'fake' vital already was). Has been happening since 7.3, and I haven't seen it fixed in 7.4/7.5 patch notes.

I am unable to identify exactly what scenarios create this bug. However, if it helps, it's only ever happened in lane. Thank you in advance, Riot!
