[CLIENT] Promoting ineligible member to officer produces wrong message
Description: (Windows Client) Pretty simple bug really. When you try to promote someone to an officer of a club, an incorrect message displays.
Step-By-Step:
- View Club (that you own)
- Trying to promote someone to an officer (i.e. under level 30) who cannot be an officer
- Message pops up and states 'We're sorry, but <name> is not eligible for removal'
Occurence: Every time.
