It has only happened twice but I am being penalised for it, I enter que and when I click to accept the result is a black screen that causes me to "dodge" in champion select. I have screenshots of both times it occurred. Is there a way I can resolve this issue or is it something RIOT has to look at?
If this is the new client, click the icon in the lower right hand corner and submit feedback directly about the client. Even if it's something you can fix, it's still worth reporting to them via that feature. As for what you can do.... Restart your PC, try both legacy client and new client to see if the issue persists between the two, and try repairing the client if neither of those work.
