Post-game stats not showing up [Client]

After any of my games finish 75% of the time I am greeted by a box saying "Skip waiting for stats". No matter how long I wait I am unable to ever get those stats. Now, I'm well aware that you can go into your match history and look there, but my main problem is that I am unable to honor anyone after my games. I do have a terrible connection which could explain why I don't get the stats immediately after my game is done, but I don't know why it never loads no matter how long I wait. I have tried reinstalling the game, but it did not work. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
