Zac Q after "Death" (Passive Up)

Hey there!

I was in a game with a Zac on the opponent team today, U can see in the short Clip that i died and after that vayne went to nto fight him. She killed him but at this moment, in which Zac died, his Q was also activated, while he was dead. If u go frame for frame forward, u can see that he died in the animation (btw with passive) but his Q still connected.

I think this shouldn't be like that. I'm not sure if it's 100% a bug but i think that this is really gamechanging and should be noticed. Sorry for my English^^
