Given the wrong skin

During a ranked game in the new champ select I was given Minuteman , when I don't even own the skin. I locked in Spooky but played the game as Minuteman. http://imgur.com/BGUeF0P

same thing happened to me with ziggs. locked in Major Ziggs and it gave me scientist Ziggs , which i don't even own.
