got an s but no chest?
i have one available chest and i got an s+ on warwick but i didn't recieve the chest

Have you received a chest for this champion already this season?
There's this thing where you can only get a limited amount of chests for s- and above grades. Check your profile in the client. Find the icon that looks like a hextech chest with a little plus sign on it. If the number under it is zero, then even if you own the champ and have not gotten a chest for it this season, you won't get a chest. Wait a little, and more chests will be available
This may sound stupid but do you own the champ, that's the only logical explanation I can think of for not get chest.
