Kayle Tooltip Bug

Kayle's Tooltip doesnt display the new cooldown on her E when you hover it to level it up. In the screenshot, you can see when you hover over Kayle's E to level it up, it doesnt display the new cooldown that it would be at if you were to put a point into it. See Here
