FIzz Having an Zhonya hourglass effect w/o item

While in Game, Enemy Fizz player was able to control and use a zhonya hourglass effect, with out having the item. He would turn gold, be untargetable, and be immobile. This was separate from his E skill, he performed both the E skill and the zhonya effect at different times during multiple fights. He had a Bork at the time as his only item built when i first saw the effect happen. Multiple players saw the effect as well
