[Gameplay] Pantheon temporary loss to cast abilities

I was playing pantheon jungle and around mid game, I could not cast any of my abilities. I checked to see if they were on cooldown just incase and they were not. I have the standard "q-w-e-r" bindings to my abilities. I could not check my summoner spells as flash was on cooldown and I was in base and could not smite anything around me. I could do other things like lock the camera and open the shop, which I have binded to T. The temporary loss lasted around 30 seconds. I think the loss occurred during the end of a team fight near dragon and it came back at the beginning of a fight near baron. I remarked the loss in my team chat, but not the all chat. This is the first time I've had this bug occur while playing this game. It has never happened before on any champion in any match that I have played. I do not know what caused the issue, nor do I know how to reproduce the error. Thats all the details I have.
