[GAMEPLAY] Azir can place his Passive turret on his fountain, disabling his passive the entire match

If you use your passive on the fountain turret it will drop Azir's turret on the fountain. Due to the fact that the fountain can heal your allies if constantly heals Azir's turret causing it to be indestructible. Because of this Azir is unable to use his passive again the entire match.
