Yorick Ultimate Bug

Basically, I was in a ranked game and my maiden got stuck under turret for the whole game on the first cast after reactivating my ult under tower it got stuck at 7:11 minutes. Then for the rest of the game that lasted 22 minutes, I could not use my ultimate this bug can lose you a game as you cannot use your ultimate until it dies but I did successfully win the game.
