Can not start any game or leave a lobby [CLIENT]

As said in the title, I am a member of a lobby. The problem is, that nobody in that lobby could leave it. You can not transfer the room owner. As another point, the game could not be started or switched into any other mode. The issue could not be solved with relogging. I joined after sometime I joined the lobby automatically again and the same issue happened again.
