Major Ziggs animation bug

I just played against a Ziggs with the skin "Major Ziggs". When laning against him I noticed that his bombs were only yellow light and thought this was due to the skin (first time playing against someone with it) but after looking to a video, it seems that no. I don't know if this is a well know bug or something but it makes his animation really hard to see so it should be fixed.

That's his q animation but it did the same with his e, and this bug never happened with his other skin before. I don't knpw if it was the same with my team mates because when I asked them the answer I got was "shut up".
