In a game earlier today, I hit level 19 in game. I have not heard of this happening.

If you were playing URF, then it's not a bug, just an interesting add-on to the game-mode. If it was normal, than that's a problem.

It was URF. I asked around and searched to see if anyone else had experienced it... No one had. Better safe than sorry! Glad to hear it isn't a bug.

In URF you can go up to level 30.
