disconnecting teammates

just got out of a match where two of my friends both disconnected at the start couldnt get back in, one was reconnecting but only for like a minute, and the other couldnt get back in at all. both were in a curse voice call too, and they never disconnected from that once. i had seen that ranked was disabled a while before and figured they fixed this,but i guess not.

any chance of us getting that LP back? i opened a ticket ( friends did too) but didnt see anyone posting about it on here.
