Didn't get my Mastery 6 token or key fragment

I just finished a game as Teemo where I went 7/0/7, in the post game lobby my grade was an S- and in the chat it said that I received a key fragment. When I went to my crafting inventory there was neither a token nor key fragment. I would really appreciate actually getting both of those items.
