Rek'sai bug[GAMEPLAY-RUNE INTERACTION]

So. After playing a couple games after patch 8.20 Ive noticed that if you use q right after un-burrowing (by pressing w.. NOT by auto attacking) Your auto attack will activate hail of blades then instantly disable it for all three empowered auto attacks making the rune useless. Your auto attacks after will properly activate which is shown in this link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cf8vt76EroA.. The changes to how jhin works with hail of blades is possibly making this happen... I can get this to happen alot after unburrowing(around 9/10 time) but while already unburrowed it happened 4-10 times. For it to happen while already in the unburrowed form I had to hit q the second I auto attack.
