Frozen Ranked Champion Select bug

First time I had encountered something like this! I was in Champion Select on a ranked game. We were in our second ban when the game froze on us. We could all chat but not ban any champs. One of the team mates dodged but we were still stuck in champion select with the countdown blaring at us.

Worse part is I got a loss on my series for silver.
Another blow to the lower tier player :-(

RIOT. Please fix this bug. We work hard to get out of bronze and this happens. Its discouraging.
