4.19 Client Not Working

I loaded my client and it started scanning files, I took this as an update (which it started to do) then I received an error message that had a title "Update Failed" then below it "Unspecified Error Occurred. Please check the logs for more information". Then it gives me a choice to "Continue" or "Send Logs". Either way, neither of the choices does anything and my client is stuck saying "Calculating differences/1 Files Scanned" and a figure of "33%". I've been waiting 60 minutes now and it hasn't moved. I've tried restarting the client but it won't budge.

Uninstall/Re-install work?

What about repairing the client?
