[Viktor] Hexcore not applying correct mana value

I've found in my games that the Hexcore's mana is bugged, i'm not receiving nearly enough mana from the item as i should. I noticed it a game where i only had 980 mana at level 18. I've been playing around with it a bit in practice tool and it's very inconsistent in how much mana you get. It seems to depend on when you upgrade the hexcore, but what is for certain is it doesn't give nearly enough mana.

this is a pretty big bug for a late game mage.

The bug seems to have something to do with how the item is purchased, and at what level it is purchased, since this impacts the mana you gain from the item, as an example i bought the full hexcore at level 18 in the practice tool, and i only get 115 mana. and if i buy perfect hexocore at level 1, i only get 40 extra mana by level 18. more realisticly: bought upgrade 1 at level 5, and got 60 mana (should have gotten 75)

Bought upgrade 2 at level 9, and got 125 mana (should have gotten 180)

Bough upgrade 3 at level 12, and got 210 mana (should have gotten 300)

By doing this i ended up with 1030 mana at level 18, where i should have 830(viktor base mana) + 450(Perfect hexcore mana) = 1380 mana. so im missing 350 mana.

plz fix this

Edit: checked an old video of Viktor in 9.23 and the bug seems to also be active here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ppDhflwLFHE at level 16 viktor has 1546 mana, but he should have 1767 767(base mana at 16)+250(manaflow band)+250(lichbane)+400(perfect hexcore)+100(darkseal)= 1767 27:52 in the video you can see this.

checked an old video of Viktor in 9.22 and the bug seems to also be active here as well. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLpeL7Tc1xg at level 15 viktor has 1706 mana, but he should have 1962. 737(base mana at 16)+250(manaflow band)+600(ludens)+375(perfect hexcore)= 1962 25:09 in the video you can see this.

checked an old video of Viktor in 9.21 and the bug seems to also be active here as well. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aNoXoYOrkYM at level 13 viktor has 1783 mana, but he should have 1852. 679(base mana at 13)+250(sheen)+600(ludens)+325(perfect hexcore)= 1854 19:58 in the video you can see this.

checked an old video of Viktor in 9.20 and the bug seems to also be active here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u3zvrfpy3zs at level 18 viktor has 1413 mana, but he should have 1780 830(base mana at 18)+250(manaflow band)+250(lichbane)+450(perfect hexcore)= 1780 28:39 in the video you can see this.

In patch 9.20 was when Viktor got updated last, and it seems to correspond with the timing of this bug. i obviously don't know what causes this, but im guessing it has something to do with this. https://imgur.com/a/uLaGRYs
