I'm a Kindred main and I've noticed this

Hi, everyone (i hope a rioter sees this) I'm a silver elo Kindred main and sometimes i see this bug with them when i play ... any way the bug is that when ever I've marked a champion and killed them they would be off cooldown so i could mark them right away and its usually the people who are feeding so i just get free stacks for pressing like 2 buttons, this just unbalances the games that i play its feels too stompy.
