Tahm Kench Bug 6.13

After the last patch I played Tahm Kench and whenever I would try to eat a champion with my w and if they had something that blocks disables it would put my w on cooldown when I tried to eat them even though it wouldn't let me. I don't know if it was supposed to be like this but I felt it detracted to his gameplay and was very annoying. If anyone else has experienced this problem please let me know which champs. (I noticed it the most with Olaf's ult just because I was laning against him. I don't know for certain if it's just Olaf or if its other champs like Morgana and Master Yi that prevent disables.)

Yi doesn't prevent disables and if you are using it vs an ulting olaf then it is working properly. His ult doesn't prevent you from using your abilities, it just prevents any cc from affecting him.

If you try to eat a morgana currently with a spell shield, The W is canceled, mana not refunded and CD is triggered.

Originally it didnt do this and was changed in 6.2 earlier this year. It occurs on other champs too.

Can confirm tahm's W is bugged, just played a ranked and i couldnt eat lucian all game long, galio(our mid laner) i could eat np, xin(jungler) sometimes it would bug out.

I request riot investigation.
