Crash dump file has been created

So I was playing a ranked game. The game crashed with the error message Crash dump file has been created and froze the game. The only option I had for this was to hard reboot my computer. When I logged in again it was fine. We won the game but I lost 16 points due to AFK behavior? So I lost 16 points for the game crashing on me? Then when i Que up for another game. I was placed in LOW priority Queue? How is this fair to me? Also is there a fix for this?
