still assigned to a game
If I press skip stats after a game sometimes it won't let me into queue because I'm still assigned To the game

it just takes a few seconds before you can queue again...though at this rate it could add up to a week's worth of gameplay in your life....
I am having the same issue. It does not happen often, but it's very annoying, because happens always after you are already frustrated of waiting for stats that are late.
