Ward Transaction Malfunction [CLIENT]

I recently received a gingerbread ward skin shard from the Hextech Crafting system. It looked cool and rare to me, so I used the proper amount of Orange Essence to make the purchase. All went good; it showed that I had enough essence, that I had purchased the item, and that it was added to my loot. However, next time I went into a game, the ward skin was not an available option for me. I have checked the store, and it is not available for purchase nor anywhere in the store at all. I have restarted my computer and my client multiple times to no avail. If it helps at all, the name looked like the following:

I appreciate any and all help on how I can get my ward skin properly.
