Bug on client

I'm almost giving up on LoL, my client is absurdly buggy, bugs when I try to accept a match, bugs when I try to select a champion, bugs when I try to change my summoner spells and on top of that I still get banned because riot seems to be so incompetent that can't notice it's owns issues..... just happened again as I am trying to accept the match, btw, and I got to low priority queue once more... I've already tried to reinstall the client, ping is OK according to cmd and test ping for lol.. honestly....

From the info you've provided it sounds like your network isn't establishing a stable connection with the queue/ champ select servers. Since queue search / queue pops / champ select is processed in real-time, it requires more stable connection than other parts of the client. It's also very possible to experience connection issues with League only.
