[GAMEPLAY] The bandit mastery is bugged

So the bandit mastery gives you 1 gold for every minion an ally kills when you're near by. But it seems to be bugged that no matter what as long as you're near a minion and it dies it still gives you gold ( like the ancient coin passive). This isnt a game breaking bug but its one I noticed it seems to happen as long as you have points into the bandit mastery.
