{Gameplay} Possible khazix passive bugged

Playing a game with a few friends we went up against a khazix and even tho we were stacked pretty much ontop of each other and around minions he kept getting the taste your fear proc every time. we even tried to fight him and someone else 2v3 and we couldnt even scratch him yet was able to 1shot most of us
