[GAMEPLAY] Bard making bots stop and a typo in his passive

Typo: The passive says "more more" in game. Bot bug: Using Bard's Q on a beginner bot and get the stun off makes the bot stop. The bot doesn't move and works fine again after death. Only tried this on a beginner Soraka Bot on the Crystal Scar. It worked 10/10 times in my test game after the Q got to lvl 3. It works for lvl 3 and above.

EDIT: It seems that it only works on Soraka bot. Wierd.
