Poor forgotten Gragas, and his messed up e

Simply put, gragas' E sometime goes right through an enemy unit without damaging or displacing them in the slightest. The bug isn't all that rare, I encounter it once every 10-15 games or so. It's an extremely frustrating bug that has killed me numerous times. I'm not certain what causes this to occur, but I've noted it happening in River and around tribrush. I've several .rofl files illustrating the bug in it's wonderful headache inducing glory. Will post them by means of some third party site should this at all receive attention.
