Disconnecting After Champion Select

Is anyone else currently having an issue with being disconnected straight after champion select? It's been an issue for me ever since I bought a new computer a few months ago and perhaps it is updating from Windows 7 to Windows 10 might have caused the error. Soon after the game begins I am brought to the reconnect button and as a more recent problem, attempting to reconnect before everyone has joined results in crashing; It is making Ranked or any game for that matter unplayable solo. Firewalls have been disabled and plenty of Tracerts have been sent as well as I have dedicated a week with Riot Support to find a fix (to no avail) After numerous research attempts I have found this error has persisted for years and affects people differently, please feel free to post any potential solutions and issues you may have below:
